Shipping.

Here at Breeches & Bays, we source and deal with multiple suppliers, and as we want to bring our users not only great products but at an affordable price, we have opted to begin our shipping by sending items direct from the manufacturer. Our manufacturers are located in the USA, China, Mexico and the EU, and so depending on the item you order, the shipping port will vary. 

As our business grows and expands, we will begin to open warehouses in our top countries so that shipping will be fast and efficient.

Orders are processed usually within 2-3 business days.

At present, the average shipping time internationally is between 7-14 business days from the day your order is processed. We understand that this isn't the fastest shipping method, and we are working as hard as we can to improve this with both our suppliers and shipping companies.

Returns & Refunds.

We do not accept returns based on a change of mind basis, however if there is a fault when you receive your items we will happily refund you within 30 days if you receiving the item(s). 

The process for processing a refund is as follows:

  1. Fault is found when item arrives.
  2. Customer sends refund request to our team.
  3. One of the team will ask for verification of the item defects, via photos or a return.
  4. Depending on the state of the item, the customer may also be requested to send the product back to our office.
  5. A refund will be issued back to the credit card that handled the purchase within 30 working days.
